Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in CDN Dollar. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold booking. Balance required one month before possession. A pre-authorization of $500 is placed on credit card as a damage deposit upon possession. A 12% HST tax is charged on all rentals. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes made within 30 days of arrival that result in a shortened stay forfeit all advances paid if no replacement rental can be found to cover the same period. If a replacement of same value can be found, seventy percent(70%) of rental fee will be refunded less $100 admin fees. If a replacement of lower value is found, the lower value will be refunded less $100 admin fees. There will be no refunds for early departures or adverse weather conditions. Travel Insurance is advised. Rules: Garbage: Garbage can be dropped off in the large refuge container as you enter the development. Smoking Policy: Absolutely No Smoking! Smoking is NOT permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Parking: Parking is permitted in the designated spaces marked. The garage can be used for parking. There is a $100 fee for a lost garage door opener. Please be careful. Parking for two cars is permitted. Please do not park in front of the neighbour's garage. No House Parties: Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. Damage deposit is forfeited if police or security are called to property for any disturbance. Telephones: Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance.
