This first floor apartment is suitable for a maximum of 14 persons (12 adults and 2 babies). The total (residential) area of the apartment is about 177 m2. The classification: a spacious living room with a sitting area, a TV, CD / radio, DVD player and an adjacent dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and double sinks, the second with a shower and sink. There are four bedrooms and a small living room which can serve as the fifth bedroom. You will have two children's beds and a highchair. In the apartment there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a large linen closet and a bunk bed; a bedroom with a double bed and linen closet; and two bedrooms with a total of four single beds. The blankets: first double bed: blanket (2.20 x 2.40 m), bunk bed blankets (1.40 x 2 m), second double bed: blankets, four single beds: blankets (1.40 x 2 m), a double sofa bed: blankets and two children beds: a blanket per crib and a few small blankets. There is also a large garden with a playground, garden furniture and a barbecue. You have a washing machine and dryer (collectively). The playground is shared with the house next door (same owners).
