Cancellation Policy: One night's stay will be forfeited if we do not receive notice of cancellation and no cancellation number has been given.

Refunds: For stays of 4 nights or more, the deposit will be refunded upon notification two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. (If the room can be filled, no charge will be imposed.)

For shorter stays, the deposit will be refunded if we receive notification of your cancellation 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, less a $15 handling fee. Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
