Exquisite Dordogne French gite accommodation with pool and walled garden, 6.5acr Providing exquisite gite accommodation for short or long term rentals, Les Tourtereaux is our beautiful farmhouse gite with open views and includes a walled garden around a Romanesque swimming pool.

Looking out over the magnificent rolling Dordogne countryside and surrounded with stunning scenery and memorable views, this delightful, spacious French country home has been beautifully restored and furnished to offer home-from-home comforts with all the rustic and traditional features expected in a character rich 18th century gite. With private gardens and a large luxury terrace; this gite is ideal for a family, group or couples choosing Domaine de Juliette as their Dordogne dream holiday location. There are 2 extremely spacious and luxurious bedrooms with a bathroom which includes a large and powerful Jacuzzi style shower. A four poster king sized bed awaits you in one of the beamed bedrooms along with a further single bed if required and in the second; a king size and single bed overlooking this room's private terrace. An optional third bedroom can also be rented upon request, as a self contained studio for a further 2 people, since it has its own bath and shower room as well as a second kitchen and breakfast bar area. Les Tourtereaux enjoys fantastic, uninterrupted views across open countryside which surround the gite - perfect too for night sky observers with stunning star filled skies to enjoy. Bikes, canoe, table tennis, boules for the full sized boules pitch and badminton are all freely available for your enjoyment here, and even a telescope is provided. As you enter the gite, the charming salon offers a traditional lounge area with original oak beams and fireplace with a cozy wood burner for those cooler months. The lounge is fully equipped with wired internet,HiFi, TV/DVD and UK Freeview channels and a comprehensive reading store for those who just want to relax with a good book! You enter the lounge from the large veranda which is wonderful for dining alfresco. Equipped with patio table, chairs and BBQ you have everything you need to enjoy the warm summer evenings and the magnificent views across the rolling Dordogne countryside. The kitchen is located in the salon and has been thoughtfully equipped for your every need with the door leading onto the veranda - perfect for morning coffee and croissant. In the late spring and summer months cherries, apricots and figs literally can be enjoyed from your doorstep. There is a seating arbour situated in the garden area of Les Tourtereaux which provides a tranquil and shady retreat in the summer months. The luxury shower room in Les Tourtereaux is of a double sized contemporary design and includes a Jacuzzi jet shower, complete with radio, to reinvigorate you after a hard day relaxing! We welcome couples, families and well behaved pets as we are confident the setting is perfect for everyone’s taste, since we're rural with space all around, with the popular Bastide village Eymet just 2Km from us. We do in addition have another gite here; Gite de Capulet, which is out of sight of Les Tourtereaux, with its own parking, 3 patios and private entrance as well as the same standard of quality fittings/furnishings and WiFi internet. Sleeping is just for up to 4 in a super-king-sized double in the 1 bedroom and a sofa-bed for 2 in the salon. Situated just 2Km from Eymet, one of the most popular Bastide villages of the region, we are ideally located to be accessible for a range of activities from extreme sport, to gentle walking, fishing, horse riding, golf, go-karting, boating/canoeing and for touring the chateaux and vineyards. There are traditional markets every day of the week across the neighbouring villages, and Eymet hosts the famous night-time markets in July/August.
