Villa Los Laureles can accommodate groups from 2 to 11 people. Rates vary depending on the number of people in the group. Nightly rates from $200 to $420. Christmas and New Year weekly rates: $4,500 up to 5 people OR $5,000 up to 11 people. Monthly rental $10,000 main + guest house OR $8,000 just main house. This gorgeous home is located in the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, between Jaco and Manuel Antonio in the area of Esterillos (Bejuco Beach). Perched on a plateau overlooking the Pacific, the property has 3 acres of land with an abundance of trees and natural landscaping. Bejuco beach is less than 5 minutes away and boasts some of the best surf in the country, welcoming sounds of crashing waves to accompany the majestic sunsets. Villa Laureles main house has on the first level a lobby opening to glass walls and water mirror, followed by the swimming pool and incredible views. The open floor kitchen offer views of the water mirrors of the front and back of the house and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Following this area you find, a family TV room, dining room, interior sitting areas and decks surrounding the home. Additionally you will have a sunbathing deck, laundry room, BBQ terrace and swimming pool. Also you find a ½ bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each one with floor-to-roof glass walls and full bathroom. Each bedroom comes with mini-splits AC units.
