In the living room, the picturesque old windows offer a beautiful view of the village street, at the end of which you can see a beautiful bell tower. Most of the furniture is new. In the living room there is a 3-2-1 seat combination, of which the 3-person sofa can be made into a double bed. There is a dining set of oak with 6 chairs, a television with a DVD player and a stereo system with a CD player. The hall in the entrance area leads to the veranda, which is a pleasant place to unwind as it is protected in summer by a vineyard-covered slope. In the hall there is a sleeping space for a pet. The second living room has a dining area with two single beds and a sofa bed. Then there is the new kitchen equipped with a gas stove and refrigerator. Next there is access to a large bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. Then you come to the master bedroom, located in the former stables (with a front porch). Behind this, there is a summer house where additional beds can be found.

Getting there
This house is situated in Egyhazaskozar, in southern Hungary. It is in the vicinity of Pecs. This is a very nicely renovated old farm with lots of space. The garden has an area of 5000 m2, thus providing a safe playground for your children. The garden also includes a stable. The village lies at the foot of the Mecsek Mountains, a spur of the Alps. This is a beautiful, fully accessible nature area where you can find plenty of game like deer, fox and wild boar. Even the stork is a frequent visitor. The region provides peace, forests, mountains and aquatic areas such as Lake Balaton and the Danube, as well as centuries-old cities and picturesque villages. You can hike, ride a bicycle, go horseback riding, fish, swim or play golf, basketball, tennis - even bowling. The people are friendly and hospitable and love to chat. It is possible to find villagers who speak relatively good German and most young people speak a little English.
