Ref 6769 Tyn Celyn is a lovely semi-detached barn conversion, with some wonderful country views, on a hillside near the village of Eglwysbach in the Conwy Valley. The cottage has four bedrooms - a double, a twin, a family room and a single - making it ideal for family, friends or couples. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC plus a wet room. The living area is open plan and welcoming, with a kitchen, utility, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for two cars and space for a boat/horse box, as well as a private elevated deck with outstanding countryside views and use of the owner's fields. With easy access to the beaches of Anglesey and North Wales, as well as the mountains of Snowdonia, Tyn Celyn makes a superb year-round base.

LPG central heating throughout, woodburner in sitting room. Range with LPG gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, satellite WiFi (for email only). Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 5 cars and boat/horse box. Large patio with decking, lawned garden, access to owners fields, furniture and BBQ. Horse stabling/grazing by arrangement. Dog kennelling by arrangement - dogs are not permitted in the cottage. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Decking is elevated, and there is an unfenced duck pond in one field, so children should be supervised. Note: If a party of 5 or fewer book the cottage and take advantage of the Small Party Reduction, the family bedroom and the wet room will not be available. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
