Located in the heart of the City the apartment is ideally placed for all that Edinburgh has to offer in the way of shops, restaurants, theaters and galleries. It is also central for the main commercial and business areas of the city. It is adjacent to Princes Street, Edinburgh’s premier shopping thoroughfare, with Princes Street Gardens and the Castle immediately to the south.

The drawing room has astragal windows and an original fireplace together with a suite, occasional chairs, coffee tables, color television, video and music center. The dining area has a dining table, chairs and dresser.
