This complex with pool is situated among the beautiful surroundings of the rolling, wooded hills of the Gers, in the far southwestern part of France. The Residence is located next to the 18-hole golf course of Guinlet, a very well maintained golf course suitable for beginners as well as advanced players. It is open year round. The 50 terraced houses of the Residence (60m2 and 72m2) are quiet and have a common pool with an impressive view. Facilities include a reception area, tennis court, clubhouse with bar and restaurant, a nursery, gardens and several terraces and a laundry. The village of Euaze has around 4000 inhabitants. Here you will find all shops and amenities. The village is 3 kilometer away. The Atlantic Ocean with its sandy beaches and pine forests is located approximately 100 kilometers from the Residence. * 2 Free green fees per house per week from June 27 (according to availability). Free golf for all reservations of 3, 10, and October 17.
