This detached bungalow has a surface area of 74m2 and is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons. The bungalow was renovated in 2004 and is fully equipped. The living room has a DVD-player, VCR, cable TV, 2 couches and an armchair and a gas fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas cooker, microwave, Senseo coffeemaker and sufficient utensils for 6 persons. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Via wooden stairs (with a barrier at the top) you can reach the first floor where you will find 2 bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. On the landing there is a closet and another single bed with another bed underneath. Duvets and pillows are present in the house and linen can be hired. Besides the fireplace the house also has gas heaters. The bungalow is insulated and has double-pane glass windows. Both sides of the bungalow have a terrace with furniture. Parking is near the bungalow.

Getting there
This bungalow park lies among the afforested hills of the Belgian Ardennes, near Durbuy (the smallest city in the world). It's an ideal place to find some rest and enjoy a fantastic holiday in a beautiful environment. The ideal combination of peace and nature guarantees there is plenty to do. In the area you'll find numerous trails and cycling paths. The park is only half an hour away from the city of Liege. In the holiday park there are many facilities for everyone like a tennis court, soccer and volleyball field and a playground. You can have a drink at the bar or jump into the heated (covered) pool (open all year). There is a mini-shop for your basic shopping needs. In summer there is an active recreational program organised. The holiday homes are built up against the hills, spread out across 23ha and are surrounded by the peaceful nature of the Ardennes.
