Kowhai Cottage is a Fully Self Contained One Bedroom Cottage in the Peaceful Kowhai cottage is a fully self contained one bedroom cottage in the peaceful and quiet setting of Saddle Hill Dunedin. We are an easy 15 minute drive from the Octagon, (Dunedin's centre). The cottage is a generous 90 sq metres and includes a fully equipped kitchen, seperate full laundry/wash-house and a private fenced garden area with outside furniture for our guests to enjoy.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and we provide quality linen and bedding. The cottage is approximately 30 metres from the main house and privacy is assured. Our 12 acre property includes sheep, ducks, chickens, doves and dogs. The property is surrounded by native bush and the area is teeming with bird life.

The large living/dining area can comfortably accommodate one or two single beds which we are happy to set up for family groups or two couples. Laundry Service Available, No Smoking, Near Beach, Beach, Shower, Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Tennis Courts, Garden View Nearest main airport: Dunedin
