Craig Brae cottage allows the visitor to take full advantage of the beautiful country views. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard it offers the visitor a wonderful base to explore the delights of the Scottish Borders, Lake district, Cumbria & Northumberland.

As there are many designated cycle routes near by the cottage . There are several excellent golf courses in the area, nearest is the Langholm Course which provides a challenge in beautiful countryside. The countryside around Langholm provides wonderful opportunities for walking both in the woods and valleys, round the town and on the tops of the many ridges which offer superb views of the surrounding countryside. The hills are generally gently rounded and offer reliable walking in both summer and winter.

Places To Visit Langholm to the south is approx 13 miles with various small shops & hospital. Lockerbie approx 14 miles to the west has 2 supermarkets, post office and other various shops & petrol station. Selkirk approx 14 miles to the north with various shops.Hawick is approx 21 miles with several shops.
