Ref 7059 Tawelfans is a charming, detached holiday cottage in the market town of Dolgellau in the stunning Snowdonia National Park. This cottage sleeps eight people and has two double and two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor family shower room. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a utility room, a sitting room with dining area and a conservatory. To the outside of this cottage, there is off road parking for three cars, a garage for bikes and a lawned garden to rear with large patio, summer house and pond. Tawelfan is a delightful cottage, close to many activities and attractions to suit everyone in your party.

Full gas central heating with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, combination microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, stereo/CD/radio. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Garage for bikes etc. Lawned garden to rear with large patio, summer house, pond and mountain views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. All of Dolgellau's town centre amenities are a 10 minute walk down hill. Note: Unfenced pond in garden is approx. 2ft deep, children to be supervised at all times. No Telephone, No Smoking, Parking Available, Twin Bed, No Dishwasher, No Pets Allowed, Child Friendly, Crib, Washer/Dryer, Double Bed

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
