Ref 6881 Penty is a lovely, comfortable cottage situated ten minutes' walk from the centre of the market town of Dolgellau, and enjoys views of the Cader Idris mountains. The cottage can sleep five people in two ground floor bedrooms, a twin and a family room with double and single beds, and also has a family bathroom. On the first floor, the open plan living area with kitchen dining area and sitting area make the most of the views. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a small rear lawned garden. With great walking and cycling nearby, Penty is a great base for a family getaway.

Storage heaters throughout, additional heating from electric fire in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, video. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars - one at front, one at back. Small rear lawned area with garden furniture, BBQ and views of the Cader Idris mountain range. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Dolgellau amenities 10 mins walk. No Telephone, No Smoking, Parking Available, Twin Bed, Child Friendly, Crib, Washer/Dryer

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
