Ty Glan Afon a Stone Cottage in Countryside near Clogau Gold Mine *Nestling in a hidden valley above the magnificent Mawddach Estuary, close to where two small streams merge, this delightful traditional Welsh cottage is ideal for a holiday ‘away from it all’. *The thick stone walls of the cottage are pierced by windows looking out onto woodlands and hillsides. There is a huge inglenook with a wood burning stove in the cosy sitting room - watch the firelight flicker onto the old Welsh dresser - enjoy leisurely meals in the spacious kitchen with its large range cooker and sleep in the pretty bedrooms lulled by the sounds of the babbling brook. *On fine days just relax and enjoy a barbecue in the cottage garden and be seduced by this timeless world in a ‘secret’ valley!

3 Bedrooms sleeping maximum of 6 plus travel cot. 2 doubles & 1 twin all 1st floor (TV in 1 double). Bedlinen and towels provided. Bathroom on 1st floor with full suite & shower over bath. Shower Room on ground floor with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen well appointed & fully fitted with gas range cooker, dishwasher, larder fridge, dresser and display cabinet, table and chairs seating 6. High chair. Fridge/freezer in under-stairs cupboard. Utility Room microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sitting Room large inglenook fireplace with wood burner, 1 x2 seater and 1 x 3 seater sofa, easy chair and foot rest, large Welsh dresser, flat screen Free view TV/DVD.
Fuel oil central heating and logs for wood burner inclusive throughout the year – no extra charge. Grounds medium sized garden, not enclosed, with sloping lawn, mature trees, wooden table and bench, round stone table with stone benches, barbecue. Care with toddlers please, streams nearby. Welcome Free 1 well-behaved dog. Ample Parking, room for a boat and there is ample grazing for your own horse - by prior arrangement with the owner.
