This fully staffed vacation rental sitting on one beautiful garden acre in Jamaica makes villa living a dream! Boasting 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 6 baths, 3 living areas, and 2 dining rooms … plus an additional 2 bedroom/1 bathroom suite, this villa is ideally suited for small group getaways, family holidays and reunions, corporate retreats, church holidays, incentive travel programs, and weddings. The large size of the villa accommodates small groups of 6-17.
• Very few luxury villas in Jamaica have the space to house such large groups under one roof in the comfort and style that we offer. With us, guests won’t compromise their privacy and comfort.

Rates do not include meals. Guests should budget about US$45 - $55 per person per day for meals at the villa, more if you decide to eat out. Maximum occupancy per room 2 - 3 persons depending on configuration. Max 8 bedroom occupancy 17 for rate listed above.
Christmas and New Years rentals are one week minimum bookings only.
Property Damage Protection
Protect your vacation from accidental damage charges caused during your stay with us WITHOUT a damage deposit. This service is just US$59 and will provide up to US$5000 in damage protection. Of course guests still have the option to place a US$500 security deposit which is fully refundable. You can choose your coverage! Cancellation Policy: Full refund less 10% of deposit, for cancellations made more than 60 days before the date of arrival. 50% refund of deposit for cancellation less than 60 days. No refund for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, unless we are able to rent the property for the same period for at least the same amount, and then a credit towards future booking would be issued. No refund for unused meals or individuals who do not arrive, arrive late or who depart early for all or part of your stay. No part of Christmas or New Years Bookings are refundable. No smoking or pets allowed inside villa. Rules:
