Luxury Boutique Apartment in the Heart of Dingle Town Escape to Dingle in the South West of Ireland, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings from your stylish base in the heart of the town. It is the perfect place for a stress-free, romantic or surprise get away.
Our beautifully appointed, architect designed, one bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a renovated 200 year old building in the heart of Dingle Town. Located above the architect’s practice this unique apartment offers privacy and comfort within walking distance of all amenities in Dingle.
Dingle is a special place we need not explain. Our unique accommodation is designed to enhance your Dingle experience! Going by the comments in our guestbook we offer a 'home away from home' and "one of the best self-catering accommodations ever".
Boutique Accommodation:New to the market (September 2009), the self-catering apartment is located on the top floor and being the only residential unit in this historic building it offers a high level of privacy and comfort.
At 400sq ft it comprises a stylish and bright architect designed living/dining/kitchen area, separate bedroom (sleeps 2 people max) and a modern bathroom with shower (no bath).
The kitchen/dining/living area is at the front of the building (south facing) and with a high ceiling with old timber beams it is bright and offers a very pleasant space for you to relax in.
The kitchen is fully equipped: A large fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Oven, An induction hob, Dishwasher, An espresso/cappuccino coffee machine, Separate tap with filtered water.
In the living area you have: Sky satellite TV, Wifi, DVD/CD player incorporating an I-Pod docking sound system, The bedroom is at the rear, always quiet, with a king size bed, sufficient wardrobe space and under-bed storage and a TV. All bedding is anti-allergic, there are no carpets in the bedroom or living area, only the stairs are carpet covered (no pets allowed). The separate bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and a luxurious shower and there is also a washer/dryer/clothes horse. Hairdryer, ironing board and iron are also provided.
Towels/Linen: For any stay longer than 4 days an extra set of towels can be provided free of charge. For shorter stays one set of towels will be provided. An extra set is available at €8. An extra set of bed linen is available at €10. There is a washer/dryer on the premises. Please do not use our towels for the beach. We now offer a beach pack (picknick/beach blanket + 2 towels in a bag) at €10. So let us know if you are interested.

Please Note: Bank holiday weekend rates are high season. The minimum stay is two nights.
Booking Deposit/Payment: We require an immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required no less than 6 weeks before arrival date, if booked within 6 weeks of arrival time, we require immediate full payment. To arrange payment options, please contact us. International wiring is possible. We do accept credit card payments via Paypal.
Electricity: A basic charge for electricity is included in the price giving the use of 10 units per day. Electricity use in excess of this will be charged at €2 per 10 units. We will take a meter reading on arrival and on departure. Please keep the environment in mind.
Security Deposit: We require payment of a refundable security deposit of €150 on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once we are satisfied that the apartment has been left in good condition. Cancellation Policy: The booking deposit of 150 Euro is non refundable. 4 to 6 weeks of arrival date; you will forfeit 25% of the cost or the booking deposit whichever is the greater of the two. 2 to 4 weeks of arrival; you will forfeit 50% of the cost or the booking deposit; whichever is the greater. Within 2 weeks of arrival; you will forfeit 100% of the cost of the booking. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
