This villa has 126 m2 of usable space. On the ground floor there is a lounge (with fireplace), kitchen (fully equipped) and small toilet. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a shared bathroom. On the second floor there is another bedroom which is furnished with two single beds. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation has wonderful furniture, full white goods, and air-conditioning units in each bedroom plus in the lounge. All floors have access to a balcony or terrace from where you have an amazing view of the lake, mountains and surrounding forest.

This happens when staying in this semi-detached, duplex villa that is waiting for you in the Lakeside Villa complex. With 126 m2 of usable space and a semi-detached duplex garden, it is perfect for families. The complex has two communal swimming pools (120 m2 each) and is located in the Secret Valley of Dalaman, only 10 minutes' walk from the famous Akkaya Restaurant and a local mini-market. One of the best features of the Secret Valley is that it is only 20 minutes drive from the Dalaman International Airport. THIS VILLA IS NOT SUITABLE FOR KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 5.
