Payment Policy: All Rates in UK Pounds.
Mentioned Rate is only for Single Person. Cancellation Policy: No deposit is returned if cancelled within 14 days of arrival and rooms cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged at 75% of the current rate. Bookings will only be confirmed following the receipt of a deposit which is 15% of all bookings. All prior booked rooms must be paid for in full on departure. Our check-in time is between 5pm - 6.30pm (unless prior arrangements have been agreed) and all rooms must be vacated on day of departure no later than 10.30am. Meals can be arranged through James Cottage at local restaurants should you wish.
