Ref 8780 Ardwyn is a Victorian terraced house in the North Wales seaside town of Criccieth. The cottage sleeps twelve people and has six bedrooms and two family bathrooms. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen, a dining room, two sitting rooms with real fires and a play room. Outside the cottage is an enclosed rear terrace with furniture and a front patio. Just three minutes’ walk from the beach and with all of the town’s amenities on the doorstep, Ardwyn is a superb cottage in a wonderful location.

Full gas central heating, additional heating from open fire and woodburner in sitting rooms. Electric double range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/Radio, additional TV and Xbox in play room, selection of books, DVDs and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner and open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Roadside parking around village green. Enclosed rear terrace with furniture, front patio with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 min walk, beach 3 mins walk. Note: The stacker beds are suitable for children up to 12 years old only. Note: This property is suitable for a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children up tp 12 years old only. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
