By Email: confirm availability by emailing us on the Contact Form. A booking form will be emailed to you and this is to be returned to our address in France (details on the booking form) with a cheque for the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £150 per apartment per week (U.K. residents only).
By Credit Card: those living outside the U.K.,but not in the euro zone, can pay their rental deposit of €150 per apartment per week through WORLD PAY, our on-line secure payment system (see To make an On- Line Booking). For those in the euro zone the deposit of €150 is to be paid by bank transfer to the owner's French bank account - details on request.
On receipt of the completed booking form and deposit, by whichever method, a written confirmation will be sent which includes details of the rental balance to be paid in EUROS CASH or Euro Travelers Cheques (Not Credit Card) upon arrival at En La Marre. Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation in writing must be received not less than 12 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. if a cancellation is notified less than 12 weeks before the rental period the hirer will be liable to pay the balance due unless the period can be re-let. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
