Payment Policy:

Rates are in Euros.

Tax included.

It is the tenant’s responsibility to pay 30% of the total amount on the booking confirmation and the balance no later than 30 days prior check in date. If this deadline is not met, owner may choose to rent the property to another party.

Payment can be made either via Bank Transfer or via Credit Card (Card type: VISA,MC,AMEX.)

A refundable security deposit will secure the performance of Tenant's obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

A security deposit of € 100,00 cash, with picture ID will be provided by the Tenant at the time of check in. Upon check out, the Tenant will be refunded if all terms and conditions are met and no damage due to misuse is done to the house. Provided that Tenant takes possession of the premises, there is no damage to the premises (and facilities, where applicable), all keys are returned and the kitchenette is left in a clean condition, the deposit will be returned upon check out.

Note Electricity, gas and water consumption as well as final cleanings are included in the rental amount. Tenant agrees that if willing to have extra cleaning during his stay, he/she have to ask for it in advance and pay an extra of € 75,00.

An additional charge will be asked for heating, when used. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
