Payment Policy: All rates are in British Pounds
We accept payment via personal cheque. A 30% deposit payment is required to secure the villa, with the remainder payable 8 weeks before departure. Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel you booking for any reason, you must inform us immediately in writing by post or email. As we incur cost from the time your booking is confirmed and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation charges will be payable. For cancellations more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, there is a fee equal to the entire deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. It is a condition of booking that adequate insurance is taken out to cover any losses in the event of such a cancellation. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
There is a no smoking policy in this villa. No pets are allowed. Reasonable use of air-conditioning is permitted free of charge, subject to the following conditions: the units are only to be used with the doors and windows kept closed. The air-conditioning units must never be left running while you are away from the property; if this occurs you will be charged accordingly.
We reserve the right to access the property at any time for the purpose of linen change, inspection of the property, and to carry out essential or routine repair or maintenance work.
You and your party will be held responsible for any breakages, losses or damage that may occur to the property, contents or grounds whilst under your rental.
