A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required two weeks prior to arrival.
US$150 deposit at arrivals must be given to host, and this will be given back to the guests if the apartment is left in proper condition, and there are no breakages or damages. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation over 12 weeks, full rental refunded less reservation deposit. Cancellation over 4 weeks 50% of rental refunded less reservation deposit. Cancellation less than 4 weeks, no refund. Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice.
