Ref 10805 The Stables is a ground floor cottage next to the owners' home in a rural position, just four miles from Coleford in Gloucestershire. The cottage has two double bedrooms and a family shower room which makes it suitable for four people. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and a sitting area with floor to ceiling windows. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in the Royal Forest of Dean, The Stables is a superb cottage in a beautiful location.

Electric convection heaters throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, use of owner's washing machine and tumble dryer on request, TV, stereo/CD, selection of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned and gravelled area to front with furniture and BBQ. Stabling available for 2 horses (by arrangement with owner). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 3 miles. No Telephone, No Smoking, Parking Available, No Dishwasher, No Pets Allowed, Child Friendly, Washer/Dryer, Double Bed

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
