Part of a two family house in a barn made of wood and stone dating from the 19th Century in the small hamlet of Cretaz, near Cogne, the most famous mountain municipality of Gran Paradiso. The house is on 2 levels, the ground floor contains the living room and dining area with fireplace, an equipped small panoramic terrace, a small kitchen and bathroom. The upper attic floor (minimum height 1.50 m) is reached by a wooden staircase; here there is a double room, one room with bunk bed and the toilet. From the outside, you have access to a small garden which is shared with the underlying apartment and overlooks the river. It is possible to sunbathe or eat outdoors. Stone fireplace (wood). Opportunity for trekking, rafting and skiing. The ski runs are only 500m from the house. From Cretaz you can reach the famous Courmayeur at the foot of Monte Bianco (approx. 50 km) or Gressoney (113 km), the pulsating heart of Monte Rosa.
