Ref 4479 Highcliffe is a detached bungalow situated just one mile from the town of Clifden in County Galway. The cottage has four bedrooms (one single, one twin and two doubles - one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom, making it suitable for seven people. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is an enclosed garden to the rear with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Benefiting from a sunny, elevated position due to its hilltop setting, Highcliffe is a superb holiday home for all of the family.

Storage heating throughout. Electric oven, hob & grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, colour TV, DVD, iPod dock. Library of books, games & DVDs. Fuel & power inc. in rent April to September inclusive (October to March, €30 supplement payable directly to owner). Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot available, highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front garden & enclosed garden to rear with furniture & BBQ. Sorry no pets (boarding kennels available through owner). Sorry no smoking. Shop & pub 1 mile. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
