Payment Policy: All rates are in Euros.

We ask for the client to transfer a down payment of 30% to book the reservation (the apartment is not booked until notification of transfer or receipt of down payment).

The remainder of the sum should be paid off when arriving at the apartment. We also ask for a security deposit of 300 Euros (check or cash) after inspection of the apartment which will be refunded to you upon departure. Cancellation Policy: The down payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation unless we receive another booking inclusive of your booking dates. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Check-in: After 20:00 an extra 20 Euro will be charged. After 23:00 an extra 30 Euro will be charged.

Check-out: Prior to 7:30 an extra 20 Euro will be charged. Prior to 6:00 an extra 30 Euro will be charged.
