Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

The initial deposit, $500, automatically converts to a damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. Total amount of the stay, is due by cash, money order, bank check, or travelers check on arrival. Personal checks or credit cards will NOT be accepted. No exceptions will be made. Cancellation Policy: If guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a full refund minus a $99 processing fee will be charged. If guest cancels between 31 & 59 days in advance, a $500 processing fee will be charged. If the booking is cancelled between 21 & 30 days in advance, 30% of the total rent or $500, whichever amount is greater, is forfeited and will be charged on guest’s card. If the reservation is cancelled 21 days or less before Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Guest agrees that s/he shall not use this apartment to engage in illegal activity or to throw parties or otherwise engage in any act that cause property damage or substantial noise or other condition that disturbs the neighbors’ quiet enjoyment of their own homes. Failure to comply with this term may result in the host’s immediate eviction and exclusion of Guest from the apartment without any recompense for any rental money paid for future nights.
