Suitable for 10 guests, our 3 bedroom rental cottage in Chapin features a master bedroom with a king-size bed. The second bedroom hosts two queen-size beds and our sunroom includes two queen-size futons. The drapes and shutters of the sun room can be closed off to use it as a bedroom. The deck off the sunroom looks over the lake. There is a stone fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo in the living room. With a fully functional kitchen and barbecue grill, this beautiful cottage is capable of fulfilling all of your culinary desires.

Surrounding this child friendly Chapin vacation rental cottage are several acres of beautiful zoysia grass, with picnic tables, horseshoes, croquet, corn hole, and lakeside campfires carving a complete leisure zone. A large hexagonal table with six chairs and a 12’ market umbrella is provided on the end of the pier for picnicking.

There is a private dock at our Chapin lakefront cottage with dusk to dawn light facility. A pontoon boat, is also available for rent. There is a 15' canoe available for free, shared with our other property. You can also enjoy hiking, wildlife viewing, hunting and sightseeing.
