Additional seperate dining room has extending table that seat 10-12. Huge private balcony with stunning views. All five bedrooms are spacious, stylishly furnished and all have beautiful modern en-suite bath or shower rooms. Can sleep 10/12 people comfortably. From the balcony, pool and terraces are stunning 360 degree views across fields and olive groves to the Apennine Mountains (skiing in winter months 45 mins drive), and the Adriatic Sea with miles of sandy beaches (20 mins drive). Villa Collina is located in the Abruzzi hills near the village of Cellino Attanasio (5 mins drive), with bars, pizzeria/restaurant supermarkets, bank, chemist. Nearby is the historic and artistic town of Atri and countless other medieval hill-top villages, every one a treasure waiting to be discovered! Payment Policy: Deposit of 25% required to secure booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to start date. Plus a Security deposit of £200 against damages that may occur during your vacation - Refundable within 2 weeks of your departure date provided no damages have occurred. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 6 weeks or more prior to start date - deposit refunded (minus Cancellation charge £20) if new booking is secured for the vacation period. Cancellation refund within 6 - 3 weeks prior to the start date (Cancellation charge £20) refund at the discretion of the owner. Cancellation within 3 weeks of start date - no refund. Rules: We have two cats that live outside at the Villa. We ask that NO PETS come with you to stay at the Villa: POOL RULES No running around the pool. No children under 12 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision. TRASH All trash should be placed in garbage can with the lid tightly secured. Ants are a common problem. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the TERRACES. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly In the recepticles provided.
