Bedroom 3: first floor, 15m², single bed, basin. Small private balcony.
Bedroom 4: first floor, 20m², twin beds pushed together to form a king size bed, wardrobe. Ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 5: first floor, 50m², mezzanine, double bed (150cm) with 2 mattresses, wardrobe and large dressing room. Ensuite shower room. French window overlooking the pool and with access to outside.
This bedroom is reached either through bedroom 4, from a door from the front terrace or from the swimming pool side.
Mezzanine: overlooking living room, 20m², 2 armchairs, desk, table, 2 chairs, TV, DVD.
Bathroom: ground floor, 12m², bath, washbasin.
Shower room: first floor, 15m², shower, washbasin, wc. Ensuite to bedrooms 4 and 5.
Separate wc: ground floor.
Please note: The house is an unusual one and difficult to put across accurately but the quirks are part of its charm.
One bedroom is at the far end of the house apart from the others. Two double bedrooms and one single are reached from the hall by the living room. The master bedroom which overlooks the pool (big room with a gallery) and the adjoining dressing/workroom can be reached either by going through bedroom 4 OR from the terrace just in front of the house, OR from the terrace by the pool. The fifth (single) bedroom is reached ONLY from the terrace adjacent to the front door to the living room - not suitable for small children but wonderful for teens!

Caseneuve
Getting there
Caseneuve is an attractive and authentic little village, typically Provencal, situated in the heart of the Luberon regional park, between Monts du Vaucluse and the Luberon mountain.
The village sits peacefully on a small hill surrounded by beautiful countryside, just a few kilometres from the bustling town of Apt with all amenities.

Apt. 10 km. Charming market town, typical of Provence, renowned for its local products. You will enjoy exploring its beautiful old centre protected by walled buildings and with long narrow streets.
Lourmarin. 30 km. Listed as "one of the most beautiful villages in France", the village nestles amidst vineyards, olive groves and almond trees. Lively in the summer with its numerous cafe terraces, restaurants and shops.
La Bastide-des-Jourdans. 30 km. Little fortified and picturesque village with medieval remains, shops along its main street and a couple of good cafes.
Cadenet. 35 km. Bustling and authentic Provencal village set against red-rock cliffs and boasting a Medieval château with splendid view of the Durance river, the Luberon, the Sainte-Victoire and the Alpilles mountain.

La Tour dÂ’Aigues. 40 km. Pleasant medieval village on the banks of the River Eze, with magnificent Renaissance castle complete with surrounding moat.
Pertuis. 45 km. Delightful town with impressive architecture and historic past, narrow and colourful streets, tastefully restored old houses as well as vaulted arches and many fountains... Gateway to the Luberon.
Aix en Provence. 65 km. Stunningly beautiful and vibrant city, distinctively Provencal, with sunny squares filled with cafes, broad avenues lined with gigantic plane trees and tempting restaurants, and a substantial historical centre with elegant shops and attractive houses.
Avignon. 65 km. City of history and city of theatre, the fortified city of Avignon marked by papal history will charm you with its ancient streets, spectacular monuments and museums and impressive number of cafes and restaurants. Its famous bridge still stands over the Rhone river.
