Apartments and Rooms on a Villa to Holidays Rental We have a Villa divided on two separate Apartments (Apartment A and Apartment B) and two separate Rooms on the 2o floor to Holidays Rental. The Apartments have one bedroom, one livingroom with a sofa bed, one bathroom, kitchen and a big terrace. Good localization, quite with a nice view to the Ocean. There is a small beach at 50 meters and the Carvoeiro beach and the Center is on 500 meters. Fireplace, Designer Furnishings, Shower, Near Water Park, Ski In/Ski Out, Gas Stove, Oceanfront, Near Beach, Near Casinos, Smoking Allowed, Golf, Waterfront, Child Size Bed, Car Not Necessary, Ocean View, Twin Bed, Double Sofa Sleeper, Ski In/Shuttle Out, Satellite TV, Mid Week Maid Service, Terrace, Garden View, Beachfront, Parking Available, Beachfront View, Beach, Near Ski Lift Access: Coming from Faro Airport (65Kms), on the A22 Via do Infante, go in the direction of Portimão and take the exit for Portimão/ Lagoa on the freeway. Appear signs for Carvoeiro but if in doubt following sence once South Lake Lagoa. At the roudabout with traffic lights and the Galp petrol station on left, turn right where there is indication Carvoeiro. When you arrive at Praia do Carvoeiro follow straight ahead until you pass the paved road, it will slow down the next street to turn right, where you find the post office on the right side. Climbing up the Casino street and go to Monte Carvoeiro, find a small roudabout and down the road, is the third house on the right side.

The booking will be valid upon receipt of your deposit. The Apartment or Room will be available from 2 pm the day of your arrival and has to be vacated at 11 am on departure date. The remaining amount of your accommodation must be payed on the check in. In case of cancellation we can keep: A - 10 % of the entire deposit of the booking if the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival. B - 50% of the entire deposit of the booking if the cancellation is made between the 59th and the 30th day prior to the arrival C - The entire deposit of the booking if the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the arrival.
