Ref 7947 Ti Sonny is a simple, comfortable and welcoming detached cottage in County Galway, a few miles out of Carna, with sea views from the front garden. There are two ground floor doubles, a first floor twin and a small first floor single. There is a shower room, and an additional basin and WC. Downstairs is a kitchen with dining area (seating 6), and the sitting room (seating 5) has an open fire. Outside there is a lawned garden area to the front and rear, with a picnic table and sea views at the front. There is also off road parking for two cars. With the Connemara National Park a short drive, and the beautiful Galway countryside all around, Ti Sonny makes a very cosy Irish cottage base.

Oil central heating throughout, additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, DVD, CD/radio, DVDs/books/games. Electricity and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Fuel inc. in rent April to Sept, €25 supplement payable directly to owner Oct to March. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned rear garden area, front lawn with picnic table and sea views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles. Pub 10 mins walk. Note: Some low ceilings. Note: Cottage is just off the R340. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
