Ref 7261 Rose Cottage is detached and set in the centre of Pembrey village, close to the town of Carmarthen. This cottage sleeps five people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double bedroom and one family room with adult bunks and a single bed, as well as a ground floor family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with breakfast table, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking on a wide verge, secure cycle storage, a rear enclosed lawned garden, patio and furniture, plus there is a small enclosed courtyard at the front. The delightful Rose cottage is ideal for a romantic retreat or a family holiday at any time of year.

Full gas central heating, additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x colour TVs with Freeview (1 with DVD player), CD player, books, games, DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking outside property on wide verge. Secure cycle storage. Enclosed lawned garden and patio with garden furniture at rear. Small enclosed courtyard at front of cottage. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
