Beautiful Beach Front Property on Paradise Island of Carabao with Views VillaBo is build for me and my family. It contains 3 buildings. VillaBo main house with 4 bedrooms,2 baths, kitchen and living room.
The Warehouse, with studio apartment and storage room for boats and shower house / WC.
The Boathouse, with studio apartment on top of the boat garage.
Constructions has been going on from 2005 up to now. European standards. Typhoon safe.
The land/property of 1470m2 is situated on on the western coast(Lanas Beach) of Carabao Island, the sister island of Boracay. Looking over to Boracay, the sunset right out in the Western ocean. Boracay with all facilities can be reached within 15 min. using one of VillaBo's boats (Salona 19/115HP or the RIB ). Carabao Island is a peaceful and safe paradise, all thou waiting for an airport and renewed infrastructure.
Diving school, snorkeling, hiking, beach and sea life. Nearest restaurant (Nipa Hauz) is 150m. along the beach. The property VillaBo is owned, and titled to my company VillaBo Resort . in the Philippines. Has also license as a resort. VillaBo Resort & Co. Inc. is run by my Manila lawyer Eric Himan, who will help in all legal matters.
Public electricity is limited to 12 h. VillaBo has own generator runner if necessary. Very nice staff of 4, fixing everything and helping out in all matters. Boats man for the 3 boats (small RIB, 19feet speedboat, sailing boat Class420). Take CEBU Pacific Air to Boracay airport.
The staff of VillaBo will pick you up at the airport and take you by boat over to Carabao Island.
