The villa has an area of approximately 500m2 and is suitable for 8 to 10 persons. It is especially well-suited for families or small groups. The owner lives in the villa a few weeks per year and rents the house to guests the remainder of the year. In this unique property antique facets are interspersed with spartan but comfortable furnishings. Do not be surprised that some rooms are equipped with original chandeliers, antique oak furniture and traditional tiles. All these aspects take you back to the 18th century when aristocratic families lived in this house. But keep in mind that, for example, the kitchen is very simple, but practical. The villa has 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and one furnished with 2 single beds) and 4 bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet and bidet). Upon request, a third and fourth bed can be added (please specify under extra services). The villa is so great that behind every (old) door you open, a new room appears, which in essence means the rooms are all interconnected. Yet there is plenty of tranquility and places to relax, read a book or play the piano by the fireplace. Outside the villa you will find a wild garden and a beautifully landscaped terrace (50m2), both of which offer a magnificent view of the sea, nearby islands and surrounding mountains. The terrace has garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. The villa has air-conditioning in each room, heat by way of wood-burning stoves and radiators, a washing machine, 2 (satellite) TVs and telephones.

Capo d'Orlando is a popular resort for the Sicilian population with sand, gravel and rocky beaches alternating. It is also a popular destination for British holidaymakers. Your sun and beach holiday starts here, but sports fans will be equally at home here with opportunities for snorkeling, fishing, swimming and canoeing.
