The gite:
The total house's floor area is about 350 square meters, situated at periphery of the village, facing the vineyard, on a big field of 1300 square meters, completely surrounded by wall.

Lobby: entrance hall, living room 45 sqm with open fire place, eating room 40 sqm, completely furnished kitchen, laundry and playing room 100 sqm with ping pong, snooker, and baby foot.

The "Loft" with terrace welcomes 5 persons:
From a roof terrace of 200 m2 sunny all day long, and surrounded with a wall covered with Virginia creeper, you will dominate the roofs of the village of Capestang.

From there, you will discover on foot the banks of the Canal du midi lined with luxurious plane trees, to make your runnings to the market of the village, or to leave between vineyards in the magnificent surrounding countryside. The sea of a glittering blue is more taken away hardly, as well as of numerous castles, abbeys where cities and historic villages.

The "Loft", situated over the "shelter-des-vignes" has a separate entrance which confers it a total independence. It is fitted out in attic stacking a former wine storehouse. It allies the charm of the authentic materials and the skeleton in spectacular oak, in the modern of a recent renovation and a super equipped amarican kitchen.

Besides the terrace, the "loft" (190m2) includes a hall, a kitchen, an office (wifi ), a dining room, a lounge, a simple and double bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, allowing to welcome very comfortably 5 persons. The swimming pool is not available for use for this rent.

Sport:
Beside the traditional beach leisure as swimming, beach volley, suntan in Narbonne, Valras, Gruisan and others beaches, all sport activities are possible.
