Beautiful 3 Bedroom Condo with Fantastic Views
Gulf front condo, located at the Club at the Cape on Cape San Blas Rd across from the Old Saltworks Cabins. Can't get any closer to the beach than this! Fantastic views from this three bedroom, two bath first floor condo. Great, end corner unit and the entire condo is on one level. Has elevator from parking below.
Great open and spacious floor plan. Well supplied kitchen with breakfast bar. Great room with cable TV, VCR/DVD, internet service, and dinning. Double doors open to the covered deck and the beautiful view of the gulf and beaches. Master bedroom has large master bath, separate tub and shower and a door onto a private deck. Escape the indoors and walk the boardwalk to the beautiful beaches of Cape San Blas. Beautiful pool and recreational area.
Boat and trailer parking. We supply a set of towel for each guest and linens for the beds. You also have access to St. Joe Bay across the street at the Old Saltworks Cabins. Best of both worlds! Price includes all charges except $60 Reservation fee and a 11% sales and bed tax. We supply your initial supply of bed linens, towels, soaps and tissue!
Monthly Rates: 1300.00 (Dec.-Feb.) Includes utilities.
RESERVATIONS: You may book on line or call for reservations. Thirty-percent (30%) of the total rent amount is due when making your reservation. Any remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If making a last minute reservation, within 30 days of arrival date, the total rent and fees are due when making the reservation. This payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: If damage occurs during your stay, please contact us immediately. You are responsible for damages and will be billed accordingly.
FINAL PAYMENT: The balance of your rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. For your convenience we accept Traveler's Checks, money orders, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Cancellation Policy: If you should have to cancel your reservation or reschedule, please send a written request to our mailing address. A cancellation fee of $60.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation (in addition to the $40 reservation fee, a total of $100). No deposits will be refunded on cancellation made less than 30 days unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid, minus the $100 reservation and cancellation fee, will be refunded upon receipt of advance payment from the new guest.the rent paid will be refunded upon receipt of advance rent payment from the new guest. PET FRIENDLY: Some of our homes allow pets. Check the specific house to be sure you have chosen a pet friendly home. A $100 non-refundable pet fee is required and guest must sign a pet agreement. Owners of the pet assume full liability for the actions of their pets while on the property. Guests found with unauthorized pets will be asked to leave with no refund of rent or deposits.
NON-SMOKING UNITS: Smoking is prohibited inside all rental homes. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will incur additional charges for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found in a non- smoking home. Ashtray are on the porches for your convenience.
