Payment Policy: All rates are in Canadian Dollar. 20% of the rent is required to reserve the booking and the balance is due 40 days in advance. Unless we have discussed otherwise, your rental can be paid by cheque or credit card by using PayPal. Cancellation Policy: Please Contact owner for Cancellation. Any reservation cancelled 40 days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of 10% of the total rental. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded. Any reservation cancelled within 40 days prior to Check-in is refunded only if the unit is rebooked for that period. NOTE: If the time period is subsequently re-booked, we will refund the total amount paid less $100. Rules: SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 will be asked and will be refunded when you return the unit in ‘pre-rental condition’. Any damage or cost of repairing any damage or loss caused by the tenant or by any person for whom the tenant is responsible, to the premises, fixtures, fitting or appliances, although for cleaning or restoring the premises broken or missing items, rules disobeyed or any other costs will be first deducted from your security deposit and secondly (if required) charged to you. The security deposit is due with the payment of the balance of the total. Your refund will be mailed or transferred to you within 2 days of your departure day.
