This studio with "cabine" has a total area of 28m2 and is suitable for a max. of 4 persons. It has air-conditioning and a corner kitchen which is equipped with a microwave and electric cooker. There is also a mini-safe, television with international broadcast and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. There is a terrace or balcony equipped with garden furniture. In the living room you will find a 2-person sleeper sofa. In the cabine there is a bunk bed. The studio is modern and practically decorated and has, depending on the location of the studio, a marvelous view of the marinas of Cap d'Agde.

Getting there
This small apartment complex lies near the sea and has wonderfully landscaped gardens with lovely terraces. The Mediterranean style building has three floors. Each floor is accessible by a lift. Beautifully situated above the port of Saint Martin, the complex lies just 300 meters from the center of Cap d'Agde where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The beautiful beach of La Plage Richelieu is less than 1 km away. You can stroll along the attractive promenade or take the bus to the marina. In the garden of the complex you'll find two swimming pools, one of which is heated. There is also a pool for children. The heated pool (22 degrees; not heated during July and August) is open from April 1 to October 30. The child pool is not heated and the 3rd pool is only open during the high season. 1 to 3 times per week the complex offers a nice activity evening. You can use the table tennis table for free. At the reception desk several languages are spoken including English, German and Italian. You will also find a WiFi point for your wireless Internet.
