Position: There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants a short walk away in St Cyprien, where there is also a colourful weekly market every Sunday morning. The supermarket is a short drive away on the edge of the village. In the surrounding area there are tennis courts, golf, course at l'Olivarie near Siorac, riding and canoeing along the Dordogne. The garden is totally enclosed with a very large flat lawn, shady willow trees and kidney shaped salt water swimming pool, (10x5m 21/05-16/09) which has a pool house next to it with fridge, sink and barbecue.
