Ideally situated right in the centre of CANNES, 2 minutes' walk away from sandy beaches and 3 minutes away from the "Palais des Festivals". The apartment is completely refurbished with air conditioning and all the usual hotel comforts. There is 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining/lounge area with satellite TV. Weekly & monthly lettings; during congresses we have set rates covering the duration of the congresses. Rates are for 4 people at most. Extra is 50 euros more per person and per week.
