500 deposit to hold reservation which is due upon booking. Exit cleaning fee 75. Optional mid stay maid service available $35 a day (You choose how many days). Occupancy must not exceed 8 total people (Limited to 6 guests over age 12). Credit Cards, Pay pal, plus 3% or 3.9% processing fee depends on which card. Checks and wire transfers accepted only 5 dollars per transaction. Cancellation Policy: $450 refundable damage security deposit is required or alternatively to buy ARDI at 45 dollars which covers up to 1500 USD for accidental damage.
