Villa in a small sea village (Torretta Granitola) The villa is found in the small sea village of Torretta Granitola. Sought–after place of vacation, in the summer months Torretta attracts the presence of so many tourists looking for rest and crystalline sea.

The house is composed, to the ground floor, from an ample living-dining room, an independent kitchen and a shower room, and to the first floor from three bedrooms and a bathroom. Every rooms have an ample balcony and the living-dining room has two different loggias, ideal for breakfasts and dinner in the open air. The house is very cool and ventilated and it is surrounded by a green garden with inside parking lot.

The villa is 50 ms far from the small square of the village, and as soon as 10 kms from the vivacious Mazara del Vallo, where a rich offer of pubs and restaurants it is found on the sea.

From the house it is easy to reach both "Cala dei Turchi" (800 ms approx.), a rock and sand beach in a tuff gulf with clear and blue waters, and "Puzziteddu" (2.5 km approx.), a wild, long beach, surrounded by dunes and a clean and crystalline sea.

Near the village of Torretta, infact, in a line of sea edged by dunes and typical Mediterranean vegetation, it opens the gulf of "Puzziteddu", heaven for the one that practises kite or wind surf.
