Payment Policy:
All rates are in Euro.
30% of the total is to be forwarded within one week from booking.The balance is to be payed within 4 weeks before arrival.The payments can be made by bank transfer. We also accept PayPal with an extra charge of 4%. Linens are charged extra Euro 10,00 per person per week. Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival,there is a fee of Euro 60,00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival the fee is Euro 100,00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Rules:
