Centrally Located 3 Bedroom Villa Ideal family villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, private garden and communal swimming pool. The villa sleeps eight to nine people comfortably in one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony, two twin rooms & a bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds. There are three complete bathrooms... two with walk in showers and one with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge is spacious with a TV and DVD player. The villa is built to a very high standard and has marble flooring throughout. There is a large dining area that gives way to the private garden. The patio has a table and chairs for dining “al fresco”. The villa is located in the residential area of Vilafortuny (between Salou & Cambrils). It’s about a 20 minute walk to the promenade & the beach so a car is advisable. Port Aventura Theme park, the Aquopolis water & Dolphin park and Costa Caribe Park are within a 10 - 15 minute drive. A car is adviseable to get to the supermarkets and places of interest but there is regular public transport along the promenade. If you didn’t want to rent a car, then we have reliable drivers at reasonable rates that you could call to take you from A to Z. The villa has air-conditioning on the first floor in the bedroom areas. Shopping Malls, Laundry Service Available, Swimming, Washing Machine Only, Shower, Near Beach, Parking Available, Porch, Linens Available for an Additional Charge, Child Friendly, Maid Service Available, Beach, Air Conditioning, Daily Trash and Towel Service Available, Golf, Amusement Parks Reus Airport is approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa. Good services at low rates are available from Ryanair. Car hire available at Reus and Barcelona airports. Barcelona Airport is about one hour's drive. Easyjet fly regularly into Barcelona at economy rates. For those not wanting to rent a car, we can organise a mini-bus for airport pickups and returns at very reasonable rates. This service can also be extended for day trips into places of interest at your request.
