The property is set within Mediterranean gardens with a large communal pool, small childcare's splash pool and sun loungers provided. On the entrance floor there is a fully-equipped open plan kitchen/living room, 1 double bedroom and adjacent bathroom. There is also a double bed-settee located in the lounge providing extra sleeping accommodation.

The lounge opens onto a spacious sun terrace/balcony suitable for dining outside with marvelous sea views. On the upper floor there is an en-suite twin bedroom and a further area which could be using as a third bedroom with a double bed-settee and wardrobe. On this floor there is a second sun terrace/balcony with loungers, again with sea views and also mountain views. Bed linen and towels are provided but please supply your own beach towels. Local shops and bus (dolmus) service are within 100 meters of the apartment. Restaurants and bars are within 50 meters with tour operators further along the promenade.
