Villa with Private Beach and Deck for 2 Boats The house has 300 m2 built aproxidamente. Consists of 5 rooms and one with 2 double futons in living room TV. 4 bathrooms complete. Swimming pool with 220 degree views of the sea. Fireplace in 3 rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a gas grill outside. Fi, 2 satellite, Bose outdoor speakers. The whole house is embedded between a great nature, part of its charm. There is access to a private cove with steps and stairs for access to the sea. The house has 2 dead and 2 buoys for mooring yachts, boats of all sizes. and finally in the house is including pool maintenance and cleaning of 2 to 5 times a week, according to customer demand.

The house has 3 master bedrooms with bathrooms and sea views, a bed of 175 cm., one with two single beds of 175 cm. total, and another, "the study" with 150cm bed and kitchenette with refrigerator. There are also two smaller rooms with washbasin and one without, both with 135 cm beds. Finally there is the TV lounge which has two futons that make function sofa/ bed of 135cm each (the TV can be placed in the main hall).
