St Furseys' Cottage Ref 10604 St Fursey's Cottage is a lovely holiday home situated outside Cahersiveen in County Kerry. With three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin bedroom, and two shower rooms, one on the ground and one on the first floor, it is ideal for a family getaway. There is also a fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room with open fire. Outside there is off road parking and a garden area with furniture, making St Fursey's Cottage ideal all year round.

Full oil central heating, additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freesat, DVD, video, selection of books, games and children’s toys. Oil and electricity inc. in rent April – September inclusive, €15 fuel supplement payable direct to owner, October – March inclusive. Starter pack for open fire inc. in rent all year. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned side garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
